Support Pharmacist – Roscrea, Co. Tipperary
Pharmaconex is recruiting a part-time Support Pharmacist for a busy but very well organised store in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary, just 30-minute drive from Portlaoise and Thurles.
The role requires 2-3 days per week and ideally 1 Saturday’s shift per month (Saturdays shifts are highly negotiable and not a must). Sundays, Bank Holidays and late night past 6PM are not required. There is a very well organised staff and double cover. The system used is MPS.
Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) is required. At least 6 months post registration experience is required.
Salary is negotiable DOE and will be discussed during the interview along with the benefits package.
Store opening hours
- Monday TO Friday: 9-6PM
- Saturday: 9:30-6PM
- Sunday AND Bank Holiday: Closed
Qualifications
- BSc (Pharm)/MPharm
- Must be a registered member of the PSI
Requirements
- To operate the dispensary in accordance with all the legal responsibilities pertaining to the profession of pharmacy
- To exercise all aspects of law, ethics and codes of practice as laid down by the Irish Pharmaceutical Society.
- To provide a safe and efficient dispensing service to all customers in accordance with pharmacy guidelines.
- To ensure the safe and effective delivery of medicines to all customers
- To interact with other health professionals
