Pharmaconex is recruiting Pharmacy Technician for a well-established pharmacy in Portaloise, Co. Laois.
The role requires you to work 3/4 days a week (about 30 hours) including 1 Saturday per month. No Sundays, Bank Holidays or late nights past 6PM are required. The system used is MPS and there is an excellent support team in place.
Store Opening Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9-6PM
- Saturdays: 9:30-6 PM
- Sundays and Bank Holiday closed.
The salary on offer is very competitive and negotiable based on candidate’s experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense prescription
- Communicate with the PCRS with regard to resubmitted claims and rejected items
- Ensure all claims under each of the drug reimbursement schemes are verified and validated on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly blister packs of medication
- Ability to work as part of a customer focused team as well as independently
- Order management and filing
- Stock rotation/stock orders
