Pharmacy Technician – Charleville, Co. Cork
Pharmaconex is recruiting an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a well-established pharmacy in Charleville, Co. Cork.
The role is very flexible in terms of hours and days and can be either full-time (5 days a week, 40 hours Monday to Friday) or part time (at least 3 days a week, Monday to Friday). There could be 1 Saturday a month but it’s not a requirement. No Sundays, Bank holidays and late nights past 6PM are involved.
The store is very well organised, and the system used is MPS.
The salary on offer is very competitive and negotiable based on candidate’s experience.
Store Opening Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 9-6PM
- Sundays and Bank Holiday closed.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate preparation of prescriptions for checking by the Pharmacist
- Input into preparation of Blister Pack medication
- Input into preparation of Drug orders and maintaining appropriate Stock Control
- Waste minimisation, Expiry date checking etc
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Irish retail pharmacy
- Good knowledge of pharmacy products
- Diligent individual
