PharmaConex is currently recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a well-established independent pharmacy group which is situated in Birr, Co. Offaly. This exciting opportunity is linked to the opening of a new pharmacy store, offering the successful candidate the chance to work with a newly established and enthusiastic team.

This is a permanent role, requiring 5 days per week which will encompass working Monday to Friday.

The position demands a motivated pharmacy technician, who thrives on providing outstanding patient care.

The salary is very competitive, and negotiable based on candidate’s experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Advise customers on their medication;

·      Assist in the dispensary;

·      Manage dispensary stock;

·      Selling products based on good product knowledge;

·      Deal with customer medication queries; &,

·      Accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

·      IPU technician course or other recognised courses preferred;

·      Previous dispensary experience is preferrable but not essential;

·      Experience in Irish retail pharmacy would be beneficial;

·      Good knowledge of pharmacy products; &,

·      Diligent individual.
