Pharmaconex is recruiting an experienced Superintendent Pharmacist to lead a well-established pharmacy group. This senior role combines professional governance, operational leadership, and commercial oversight to ensure compliance with Irish pharmacy legislation and high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the professional lead across the group and ensure compliance with PSI and HPRA regulations.
• Support and mentor supervising pharmacists and dispensary teams.
• Oversee clinical governance, audits, and patient safety initiatives.
• Manage dispensary stock, purchasing, and commercial performance.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and support group-wide projects and training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Fully registered with the PSI
• Previous experience as a Superintendent Pharmacist or 5+ years as a Supervising Pharmacist with multi-site experience in Ireland
• Proven experience in Irish community pharmacy leadership
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Working Pattern:

• Full-time with a flexible mix of pharmacy visits and remote/head office work
• Regular travel across the county required
