support pharmacist - greystones, co. wicklow

PharmaConex is currently recruiting a Support Pharmacist for a well-established independent pharmacy which is situated in Greystones of Co. Wicklow. Our client is seeking a candidate who can commence at the earliest opportunity, though they are prepared to wait for the ideal candidate.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract role, requiring 4 to 5 days per week with an alternating Saturday pattern necessary as part of the offering. No late nights, Sundays or Bank Holidays are required. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role, subject to performance and business needs

The position demands a motivated pharmacist, who thrives on providing outstanding patient care. The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team. The store has been operating in Greystones for over 60 years and has a lovely team in place, well-run independent pharmacy with a positive, upbeat, friendly atmosphere.

The system used is: DispenSense

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, suppliers, and the general community;
• Be team orientated and work well with others;
• Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately;
• Monitoring stock and communicating with suppliers;
• Assist the supervising pharmacist by ensuring SOP's are adhered to and updated; &,
• Other day to day duties.

Requirements

• BSc (Pharm)/MPharm;
• Must be a registered member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI);
• 1 year or more of Irish Community Pharmacy experience;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good leadership abilities; &,
• Proven people management skills.
