Permanent full-time Superintendent Pharmacist role in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork in a busy independent pharmacy.

The role involves working Monday to Thursday, 36 hours per week. No weekends or late nights past 6PM are required. The system used is MPS.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• To document, maintain and communicate effective, efficient safe working practices and standard operating procedures as required.
• Support ongoing training and development to all pharmacy staff.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
• Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date and all SOP’s are adhered to.
• Work with the owners to ensure the store is performing.
• As well as other day to day duties.

What are we looking for?

• BSc (Pharm)/MPharm
• Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the PSI
• Must have at least 3 years of post-registration experience
• Business knowledge
• Strong Interpersonal skills
• Excellent management and organisational skills
