Pharmaconex is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a well-established pharmacy in Donnycarney, Dublin 9.

For this role, flexible working arrangements are considered. The role requires you to work 5/4 days a week including 1 Saturday per month. No Sundays, Bank holidays are required.

The system used is DispenSense (with the possibility of moving to the Touchstore)

Both newly qualified and experienced technicians are welcome to apply!

The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team in the dispensary supporting the Pharmacist on duty.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate preparation of prescriptions for checking by the Pharmacies
• Input into verifying, monthly PCRS Claim preparation, submission and dealing with rejects
• Input into preparation of Drug orders and maintaining appropriate Stock Control
• Waste minimisation, Expiry date checking etc
• Advise customers on their medication and deal with customer medication queries
• Manage dispensary stock
• Selling products based on good product knowledge
