pharmacy technician - cork city, north side

    Pharmaconex is recruiting an experienced Pharmacy Technician for a well-established pharmacy in Cork City, North Side.   The role is permanent full-time and requires you to work 5 days a week (40h) and 1 Saturday per month. The role is very flexible, and 4 days can also be accommodated. No Sundays, Bank holidays or late nights past 6PM are required. The system used is MPS.   Previous experience in processing prescriptions is required.   The candidate will join a very well-organized team, working alongside 3 pharmacists and at least 4 technicians.   Salary range: €17/22 per hour - Depending on experience.   Store Opening Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 9-6PM
• Sunday and Bank Holiday closed

  Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on their medication
• Assist in the dispensary
• Manage dispensary stock
• Selling products based on good product knowledge
• Deal with customer medication queries
• Accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

• Previous dispensary experience is essential
• Experience in Irish retail pharmacy would be beneficial
• Good knowledge of pharmacy products
• Diligent individual
