LOCUMS WORKING IN ALLCARE PHARMACIES ARE REQUIRED TO CLOCK-IN / OUT OF THE PHARMACIES

Please note; If you experience any problems with the system please contact Pharmaconex immediately so the situation can be rectified on the day. Trying to rectify the situation later is very problematic.

Locums can use the following link to access the system: http://89.191.50.180:8080/empclockinout.aspx

DIRECTIONS 

All locums will need to enter the badge number (store assigned number) & pin to use the page. Each store is already on TMS for rostering purposes and this badge number can be sourced from the TMS employee list.

  • The badge reference will be: ‘X’ + 3 digit number; e.g. X097 is the Gaffneys locum
  • The pin numbers are all defaulted to ‘1234’

When the web page is accessed, it will display as per the screenshot below.

The locum should enter their badge & pin as shown below and select either the ‘clock in’ or ‘clock out’ button.

If a clocking has been successful the system will generate a pop-up message saying the Locum has clocked ok.
