Client fees: There is a fixed charge of 35 Euro (plus VAT) per locum per day in addition to the locum’s hourly rate (plus VAT) for the duration of the assignment. However this amount can be negotiated according to the number of assignments requested. There are no extra charges for emergency locum requests, even those made at the last minute.

Full time fees: Flat rate of 3500 Euro. If the permanent employee resigns or proves unsuitable, PharmaConex Ltd. will either provide a replacement candidate or refund the client in the following way:

• Up to 13 weeks – 100% refund
• Up to 24 weeks – 65 % refund

Locum fees: there are no charges made to the locum.

• The hourly rate is determined entirely by the client. PharmaConex DOES NOT acquire a percentage of this amount whatsoever.
• We also include all statutory payments (holiday pay, PRSI).
• No emergency fees are applied even if you call at the last minute.
